Move around ennemies, shoot on bases, and reproduce melodic patterns. All while using the same buttons for dashing, shooting, and singing. How far can you get?

Rules

The game can feel a little obtuse at first. So if you encounter some difficulties understanding the rules, here is how it works:

  • Move with WASD or ZSQD
  • Dash with ARROWS
  • Avoid ennemies that spawn from the bases
  • Once you pick up an item, you can shoot three projectiles with your dash. Aim at ennemies to eliminate them
  • Shoot bases to hear their musical code (colors also indicates you the notes)
  • Reproduce bases' code with your dash to deactivate them
  • The level is clear when all bases have been shut down
  • You gain points by hitting ennemies or bases, and by deactivating bases. Every 100 points gives you an extra life

This game is an entry for the GMTK Jam 2017. It has been made in 48 hours.
