Hells Vignette 1.0 release

At last, I've updated this game after its jam version! This include a lot of feature I had originally in mind:

• English translation! You don't have to learn French anymore!
• A musical soundscape, your stay in Hells has never been such relaxing!
• Progressive “difficulty” levels, to optimize your pain
• Automatic saves. Yes, no need to complete the whole thing in one session!
• A "No keyboard input" mode for accessibility. Because everyone should be able to enjoy a text based game on the web.
• Responsive issues fixed. I'm sorry it's CSS alright.
• A whole new cover image. Now that's fancy!
